Client Services Manager
Sue Graves joined ISC in 2006 as Manager of Client Services and has built a team that delivers world class support and consulting services. She helped drive the growth of Customer Support, delivering greater value to ISC’s clients through a new website, more reliable automated processes and a searchable KnowledgeBase. Sue also led the creation of ISC’s training organization, establishing courses that continue to grow in worldwide demand.
Sue’s Internet related experience prior to ISC was at PAIX, where as Director of Client Services she hired and trained the C/S reps during the successful PAIX expansion from the Palo Alto headquarters to six additional major cities across the US. She was able to recognize the value of communication between Software Engineering and Client Services to optimize improvements, which process she later implemented at ISC.
Prior to that she was Product Manager, Inside Sales Rep and Sr. Systems Sales Rep at Wyle Electronics, where she drove record sales through strong customer relationships and earned significant recognition, including Wyle’s top award, Employee of the Year.
